Sessions are £40 per 50 minutes.
If you ring and there is no reply, I am with a client so please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
When you book your session, I will send you a copy of my working agreement for you to look at prior to us meeting. This will give you time to look over the contract and to agree to the conditions, or ask to include some of your own. This will give us more time together in your first session.
I ask for payment for the booking to be paid into my bank account a minimum of 2 hours before the session starts.
What is covered in sessions?
What we will talk about varies depending on the difficulties you are experiencing, which could include:
Stress, anxiety, depression.
Anxiety occurs when the body responds to being in danger, whether it is or not. What we are experiencing is real though and can be very frightening. Your thought triggers your emotions which in turn triggers the behavior. Learn how to start controlling your thoughts not let them control you.
These conditions can happen to anyone at any time. Exploring these issues can help you understand your processes and how best to manage the symptoms.
Relationships, personal or professional.
Who you are, what are your values, and what you look for in others might not always balance.
Understanding who you are and what you want from life.
Are you living your life to your expectations and needs or to someone else’s?
Bereavement or Loss
Is experienced differently for each individual and can be shown in many different ways. A loss can be experienced in many forms but its impact will always be the same.
Is a normal natural response and its okay to be angry. When it impacts or hurts others, then that’s not okay. When we resist acting on the emotion of anger, then we are rewiring our brains to be calm.
There are times when we might feel totally helpless, lost and drowning in our emotions. Suicidal thoughts are a sign to change something in your life, not to end your life. Reach out there is always someone who will listen. I am a qualified in first aid for suicide, I will always listen to you.
